Cancellation (Withdrawal) Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not incur any fees for this refund.
Course Start Within the Withdrawal Period
Since our courses begin on fixed dates, it may occur that a course starts within the fourteen-day withdrawal period following the conclusion of the contract.
If you book a course that begins before the withdrawal period has expired and you withdraw from the contract during the withdrawal period, any teaching services already provided will be taken into account accordingly.
In this case, you must pay compensation for the value of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal, provided that you have expressly agreed that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and you have been informed of this legal consequence.
The amount payable corresponds to the proportion of teaching services provided up to the time of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the booked course.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the service has been fully performed and we have only begun providing the service after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Voluntary Cancellation After the Withdrawal Period Has Expired
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, only the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, a cancellation may be made in accordance with the provisions of the GTC up to no later than seven calendar days before the course begins.
